David Gass, Buying and Selling Website Expert
David Gass is a serial entrepreneur who has started businesses with $200 and grew to multi-millions. His companies have been listed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States three years in a row.
David has received several awards for his entrepreneurial efforts and commitment to giving back to his community. Including “Rising Star of Las Vegas“, “Business Person of the Year” and named an Honorary Life Member of the Nevada DECA Association, a student run organization for High School students learning about entrepreneurship, marketing and management.
David writes for Yahoo Finance and Fast Company. He is the author of several small business books. Chris Yates is an Internet entrepreneur who actively buys and invests in established websites. He has the ability to spot undervalued assets in websites and make improvements to transform the sites into top performers. He currently owns and manages a portfolio of income producing websites with his business partner David Gass and teaches others how to buy established websites safely.
With over 15 years experience in Internet marketing, software programming, website development, and graphic design he has built hundreds of business websites, generated hundreds of thousands of leads and multiple millions of dollars in sales online. He has successfully started, grown, and sold a successful marketing service business.
Chris has been a guest speaker at several events on the topics of buying and selling websites, Internet marketing, and online entrepreneurship. He is co-author of the book Buying Websites Selling Websites.
Chris grew up and attended college in and around Missoula, MT. He lived in Las Vegas and the Seattle area before returning to live in Missoula, MT with his wife and two kids. He donates a portion of his time to supporting Missoula entrepreneurs and economic development through programs such as the Hellgate Venture Network, the Missoula Economic Partnership, and The University of Montana.
Scott Fritz, Serial Entrepreneur | Business Coach | Angel Investor
Scott founded Growth Connect | growthconnect.com in 2008. By leveraging business coaching services, advisory board development and angel investment resources, Growth Connect specializes in transforming businesses into assets.
As an active Angel investor, Mr. Fritz has invested in multiple ventures. His involvement with these companies ranges from passive investor to business coach and advisory board member.
In 2011 Scott acquired Atlantic Insurance Agency and re-branded the company as Century 1. Mr. Fritz sold the agency in December of 2012.
Mr. Fritz founded Human Capital in 1997. He grew the company into a nationwide player with 2007 annual revenues of $170 million dollars. This hyper growth landed Human Capital and its affiliate division on the INC. 500 list in 2003 and 2004 with growth rates in excess of 1,000 percent. Human Capital was sold to a nationwide staffing firm in 2007.
In addition to his various business endeavors, Mr. Fritz held multiple volunteer positions within the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) over the past decade. Scott is an EO Certified Accelerator Facilitator which allows him to pursue his passion of working with leading entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, sales, leadership, people and finance. Since 2005 Scott has facilitated over 400 individual strategic and educational sessions.
